I contacted the manufacturer about the proper installation of the Replacement Idler Head and Roll Tube for Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LC87FR.
It should be installed approximately 5-6 inches away from the side of the camper (slide topper opened 5-6inches). There needs to be 14 turns of tension on each side of the slide topper arms (14 turns counter clockwise on idler side, 14 turns clockwise on drive side).

If you have a Tekonsha Trailer Brake Controller like # 90885, trailer wiring is needed and you found a good universal 7 pole wiring kit # ETBC7. Once that is installed you can install your Tekonsha Brake controller. If you bought the Prodigy P2 it should have came with the # 7865 connector, but if not the # 7865 is what you need.

I spoke with my contact at Lippert about you trying to Zero Reset your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590. He said that you may not be pressing the front and rear fast enough and that the system is a little temperamental. Try following the instructions and then pressing the front and back 10 times firmly and quickly which should reset the Zero Point.

With the part # 41990 we do not have any zero drop brackets to use when installing it. Due to the universal nature of this cross tube though you could pretty take it to a qualified fab shop and have them fabricate a way to mount it to your trailer in the location you want. view full answer...
I took a look at the mounting clamps for the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket part # RMCB and it does appear that there is a way to attach the cargo basket directly to your roof without crossbars. However, I cannot recommend this nor would you be covered under warranty if anything were to happen so you will need to proceed with caution. I do have an installation video of the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit part # WM8208 but keep in mind that the kit is more or less universal and not every wheel it will be installed on is the same so your application could vary. That said, the mounts for the rear wheels are designed to clip onto the outside lip of the wheel similar to a wheel weight. There are a few different places that the connector could be located. When trying to install a brake controller, like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 along with the Adapter # 3034-P for your 2016 Ford F-450 you will want to look around the driver side dash.
